Police have killed 20 Taliban insurgents in the eastern Khost province of Afghanistan.
Police have killed 20 Taliban insurgents in the eastern Khost province of Afghanistan, provincial governor Arsala Jamal said.
Some terrorists on Monday attacked the Afghan border policemen in Dadrakana district bordering Pakistan, Jamal said, adding the police fought back.

There were no casualties of the police, said Jamal.
Due to rising Taliban-linked violence, over 1,600 people, mostly Taliban terrorists, have been killed in Afghanistan this year.
