The offsprings of Microsoft's chairman, Bill Gates, are forbidden from owning the planet's number one gadget – the iPod. The billionaire has banned the use of products made by arch-rival Apple from his house, his wife has revealed.
In an interview with Vogue magazine, Bill Gates' wife, Melinda, admitted that her husband has banned his family from using any products manufactured by Apple, his company's chief rivals.
She told Vogue magazine that the couple's three children Jennifer, 13, Rory, 10 and Phoebe, seven, are not allowed Apple products.
However, Mrs Gates admitted that she was a secret admirer of Apple's mobile phone.
'Every now and then I look at my friends and say 'Ooh, I wouldn't mind having that iPhone,' she admitted.
