Hollywood's star couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will reportedly show the world they are still head over heels for each other at the upcoming Oscar awards.
The couple popularly known as 'Brangelina' intend to put on a red-carpet performance in a massive PR exercise aimed at crushing rumours of an imminent split at next month's Academy Awards in front of a worldwide TV audience of more than 400 million, Daily Star reported.
"Brad and Angie will take their time to smile, hold hands and pose for the cameras as if they were teenage sweethearts," a source close to the couple said.
"They want to prove that far from being over, their relationship is rock solid," the source added.
Pitt, 46, and Jolie, 34 have stayed silent over claims that Los Angeles divorce attorney Sorrel Trope, is "disentangling" their finances before a break-up and are also mum on Jolie involved in an affair with a voice coach of her latest spy thriller 'Salt'.
"She and Brad have been hurt like never before by some of the accusations and they want to put an end to it once and for all. They see little option but to fight back the only way they can – with a spectacular display of affection at the Oscars," a friend of the actress said.
