Four people were killed as a civilian helicopter crashed off Israel's Mediterranean coast on Tuesday, rescue workers and police said.
"The bodies of two civilians were recovered from the water," the rescue services said in a statement. Two more bodies were found several hours later, they said.
One of the dead was apparently a British tourist, said police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld.
It was not immediately clear what caused the crash near the coastal city of Netanya, north of Tel Aviv. However, witnesses told Israeli media that the helicopter's tail rotor appeared to come off mid-flight.
