Police and security officers have detained four men suspected to be behind an explosion at a traffic police post outside Moscow in June, a spokesman for the Moscow administration of the Russian interior ministry has said.
The explosion was reported on June 7 at the 22nd kilometer of the Moscow outer circular road. Luckily, the blast hurt no one.
The four men are resident of Moscow and surrounding regions and they were arrested for a term of three days under article 91 of the Russian Code of Criminal Procedure, the official said on Thursday.
Efforts are being taken to establish other people who might be involved in the blast, he said.
