A French government-commissioned report suggests that college kids should be given wine so as to get them to drink less. By holding wine tastings colleges can educate students on the merits of drinking well in moderation, says the report.

He also added that drinking is not drinking a bottle. "Wine is pleasure. It's like love. It's the same."
But the theory also has a few skeptics vehemently opposing it. The head of one anti-alcoholism group calls it “naïve” to believe that lunchtime wine handouts would curb binge drinking, reported The Guardian.
