Sarah Ferguson, former royal family member and Prince Andrew’s ex-wife has admitted to being hurt over the royal wedding snub, last month.

“The snub was so difficult because I wanted to be there with my girls to be getting them dressed and to go as a family,” she said during her appearance at The Oprah Winfrey Show. “Also, it was so hard, because the last bride down that aisle was me,” she added.

“I went through the phase of feeling so totally worthless and that [it] was quite right they didn''t invite me. Why would they, why would they invite me?” the Daily Mail quoted her as saying.

The Duchess of York was caught in a scandal last year, after she was taped offering access to Prince Andrew for 724,000 dollars.

Ferguson, 51, revealed, though she was in Thailand on the wedding day, she kept in contact with her former husband Prince Andrew throughout the day and watched William and Kate’s wedding on television.

She also paid tribute to the late Princess Diana saying, “I think Diana would be so proud of her son. Both of them, you know? They did a great job.”
