Heather Mills faces sex discrimination charges

Heather Mills, former wife of Beatles singer Paul McCartney has been accused of sex discrimination and intimidation charges and is being taken to the court by her daughter's nanny Sara Trumble.

Beatrice the five-year old daughter of Heather Mills and ex-husband Sir Paul McCartney was looked after by Trumble,

The 24-year-old nanny complained that former model made to work as late as midnight, blow-dry her hair and even give Mills naked spray tans.

Trumble claimed that she was only supposed to look after Beatrice. But her work doubled when she went back to work after taking maternity leave earlier this year. She resigned in September without notice period after she had an argument with Mills.

However 40-year-old Mill argued that Sara was a housekeeper as well as a nanny, and that she bought Sara a car, took her on holidays 'Mirror' reported.

A constructive dismissal claim was lodged with an employment tribunal last week and the two sides have 28 days to come to a negotiated settlement.

"This claim will be vigorously defended." a spokesman for Mills said on Saturday.

The last time Heather appeared in a court she dumped a jug of cold water over the head of her husbands divorce lawyer Fiona Shackleton and was branded a fantasist by the judge.

"Sara and Heather started out as friends but it all went wrong after Heathers divorce," a source said to the paper.
