In pics: Postcards from Nepal now tell a tale of destruction

Postcards are at once a cheap communication tool and a lovely souvenier- one that tourists gift themselves or close family and friends.

The earthquake that struck Nepal on April 25 razed towering structures that were a symbol of the Nepalese culture and heritage. Nepal's postcards are now a record of history and reminder of the extent of damage that the country suffered.
