Controversial ex-boxing champion Mike Tyson is in hot water again after a photographer, who was allegedly beaten up by him last year, has filed a whopping $ 25 million lawsuit against him.
Photographer Antonio Echavarria claims that Tyson assaulted him at the Los Angeles International Airport last year, TMZ reported.
The 44-year-old "Iron Mike" was initially booked for misdemeanour battery charges but the Los Angeles City Attorney officially rejected the case on the grounds of insufficient evidence.
The snapper, however has filed a civil lawsuit, claiming Tyson hit him with a closed left fist, and broke his camera, which, according to him resulted in a concussion and strain to his spinal cord.
If that was not enough, the former fighter's charity trip to raise funds for a children's hospital in Prague has been scrapped because there weren't enough bidders.
Ticket for a dinner with Tyson priced at $ 157,000 and a training session costing $ 1,315 failed to sell as they were "too expensive".
"The tickets were unfortunately too expensive for the local market. We didn't sell enough." tour promoter Rey Karpf said.
