Pro-Taliban militants blew up a girls' primary school and a health centre in the restive Mohmand tribal region in northwest Pakistan on Tuesday, officials said.
The militants laid explosive materials around the girls' primary school and a rural health centre in Khushal Kale area of Mohmand Agency and blew them up.
Local residents said three explosions had rocked the area. There were no reports of casualties.
The Taliban, who are opposed to the education of girls, have blown up hundreds of girls' schools across Pakistan's volatile tribal belt over the past two years.
