The fifth round of voting to elect Nepal’s next prime minister scheduled on Wednesday has been deferred till August 23.

The business advisory committee of parliament took a decision in this regard today following request from the three big parties—Maoists, Nepali Congress, and CPN (UML) due to the death of Maoist lawmaker Ram Kumari Yadav.
