ISLAMABAD: Pakistan turned down India’s request for consular access to Kulbushan Jadhav, who was arrested by its agencies on suspicions he was a RAW spy, media reports said on Saturday. The source said the decision was taken due to Jadhav’s involvement in “subversive activities” in Pakistan. Pakistan had arrested Jadhav from Balochistan in March and alleged he was “a serving officer in the Indian Navy and deputed to the Indian intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing.”
