Pakistan rejects India's claim of rocket firing

Pakistan on Monday rejected India's allegation that its soldiers fired rockets at an Indian border check post in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Pakistani security forces have not fired any rocket on the Indian Nala check post in Poonch district, near the Line of Control. The Indian allegations in this regard are baseless, a military official requesting anonymity told the Online news agency.

“No such incident had taken place,” the official added.

Earlier, IANS had reported that Pakistani forces fired four rockets at the Indian Nala check post. Pakistani officials have rejected the allegations by India and said such incidents are a routine matter and have no ground.
