Thousands of cubic yards (meters) of limestone has fallen on workers at a quarry in central Vietnam, killing at least six and trapping 11.
The chief of Nam Thanh village in Nghe An province says five others were injured on Friday morning when the stone broke off the side of the quarry.
Phan The Trung says soldiers and police are using bulldozers and excavators to search for the trapped workers. He says there is only a small chance the workers survived.
The quarry is run by a private company, which sells the limestone for use in the construction of roads and houses.
