A 53-year-old Indian-American physician has been indicted by prosecutors on charges of healthcare fraud Pennsylvania.
Samirkumar Shah, resident of Armstrong county, could be jailed for maximum 10 years and fined 250,000 dollar if found guilty.
A federal grand jury indicted the physician on Tuesday on two counts of healthcare fraud. The indictment was returned against him in the Pittsburgh court, according to documents.
