The National Investigation Agency (NIA), which is probing the twin blasts in Hyderabad in February, has made a breakthrough by identifying the owner of the two bicycles that were used to hide the explosives.

A Delhi court granted NIA four-day custody of two alleged Indian Mujahideen operatives today, to further interrogate them in connection with the Hyderabad twin blasts that left 16 dead.

The Union home ministry has asked the Andhra Pradesh government to hand over the probe into the Dilsukhnagar twin blasts in Hyderabad to the NIA, a senior officer said.
