Misuse of official vehicle: Tota gets 1-yr jail, bailed out
Less than the two months after he was sworn in, Punjab agriculture minister Tota Singh was today convicted for misuse of official vehicle as the then education minister, causing another embarrassment to the SAD-BJP government.
