Rahul, a well-known music composer/producer, has multiple superhit songs to his credits, including “Do Gallan, Like You, Love You Jatta with Garry Sandhu.” He has also produced one song for the Salman Khan starrer – Race 3. Thoda is his first song as a singer and the video of this song will be out soon. The video is believed to have a dark vibe to it and it has been directed by Eye Blake. One special thing about this video will be that Eye Blake will be working with some of the members of superstar rapper Drake’s team. Drake is the artist who Rahul grew up listening to, owing to his background in Canada. Speaking of that time, Rahul says, “I always wanted to use such dark elements like dark sub-bass, dark melodies like ‘The Weeknd’ in my songs, so I used those while creating this song Thoda. I have also added my own touch in the song with orchestral elements in it, which makes it truly one of its kind songs.”

Apart from Rahul, singer/composer Nas Khan has worked on the composition as well as its lyrics along with well-known lyricist Kunaal Vermaa.

Rahul is upbeat about his collaboration with Raftaar, whom he calls the “nicest person that I know in the music industry.” He says, “Raftaar did not charge me a single penny to rap on this song. He did it just because he loves the song and wanted to do something for me.”

Raftaar, despite being busy with his shows, recording and concerts, took time out for this song and, not just that, he got completely involved in the song, going to the extent of re-recording some of the vocals. In other words, he kept working with Rahul till the time he was satisfied with the mix and master. The dedication of both the artists is what is going to make this song a chartbuster!
