Wisebiz Realty launches India’s first real estate e-talk show, Wise X-Change hosted by Chintan Vasani

The show brings an understanding of their lives, about who they are and what drives them to create what they do.

Wisebiz Realty has launched a live e-conversation, “WISE X-Change”, where we candidly interact with the real estate industry leaders not just about their work but also their vision. The show brings an understanding of their lives, about who they are and what drives them to create what they do. Their tag line “It’s an e-talk show and not a Zoom call” beautifully sums up the e-conversation.

The E Talk series unfolds the real estate icon’s take on challenges and opportunities of the industry and has gained an avid audience.

Hosted by Wisebiz Realty Founder Partner Chintan Vasani is streamed live on their Facebook and YouTube every Sunday at 11:30am and can be watched anytime on their social media handles.

“We have done five episodes in the last few weeks and every Sunday, we learn about a new story, a different side of our guests and we are glad that we can share their stories with our viewers. We have segmented our Episodes into three parts, “What it was? “, “What it is?” and “How it may be?”. It’s an insight into their lives.’ quips Adv. Deepak Thakkar, Partner Wisebiz Realty. The E Talk series unfolds the Real Estate icon’s take on challenges and opportunities of the industry and has gained an avid audience. The five episodes have had Developers and Architects from India and Abroad sharing their stories.

The first episode was aired on June 28 with Mr Ashok Mohanani, CMD Ekta World and President Elect 2020 of NAREDCO West Maharashtra. His story of starting out from a humble background of a Real Estate consultant to a stalwart of today’s Real estate fraternity was awe-inspiring.

Episode two had the MCHI CREDAI President, Mr Nayan Shah from Mayfair Housing. His story of staying back in India post his higher education to be close to his family and later being on a mission to list his company on the Bombay Stock Exchange by 2028 was refreshing.

Arc. James Law JP from Cybertecture was the third guest and he joined the stream from his Hong Kong home. Architects and Real Estate enthusiasts from all over the world joined this particular episode and he was gracious enough to answer live questions by the audience. He shared his experience from working across countries like London, Japan, UAE and India. He affectionately spoke about his experience of working in India and was grateful to Mr Vijay Wadhwa for introducing him to Mumbai.

Episode four had Mr Vijay Wadhwa, Chair Emeritus of The Wadhwa Group. This particular stream had a mixed audience of Developers, Bankers, NBFC heads, architects, Channel Partners and Real Estate Enthusiasts. Mr Wadhwa spoke from his heart about his effort to deliver healthy well ventilated homes to his consumers and addressed every questions in his trademark style.

Arc. Krupa Zubin, co-founder of ZZ Architects - one of India’s foremost multidisciplinary and multi award winning design firm that is redefining the understanding of luxury, was the fifth guest on Wise X-change. She talked about how the polyphony of efficiency, elegance and pragmatism leads to the growth in one’s personal and professional life. ZZ Architects, according to her, is a firm involved in establishing a high standard in delivering future-proof products to their clients and the world to admire.

“The Last few weeks have been very inspiring interacting with the Real Estate icons and learning from their immense body of work. We receive a lot of encouraging emails, messages and questions for our guests and our team tries our best to respond to all of them. We started this e-talk show to get up close and personal with the Real Estate icons and it is an honest effort to understand their journeys. I have to mention Arc. Tarun Motta Sir, who has helped me bring this initiative to life. My father, Dr Bharat Vasani and my partner and mentor Adv. Deepak Thakkar have been my guiding light.
