BJP launches helpline for common man

A special service aimed at resolving problems of common people was launched by Bharatiya Janata Party Panchkula district chief Vishal Seth on Friday.

He said, Helpine, the service aims at resolving problems of common people by providing mass support to the lonely voices of individuals.

It will help the common man in redressing grievances.

In a press briefing held at the party headquarters, Seth also appointed NK Aggarwal, a retired additional chief engineer from Punjab public works department, as the convener of Panchkula Helpline while ML Gupta, who has diverse experience in industries and education was appointed as the co-convener.

They would be available round the clock on telephone numbers 9872577737 and 9316104542 at the BJP office and through email at bjppklhelpline@yahoo.com.

Other prominent leaders present at the briefing included former MP Rattan Lal Kataria, senior leader Shamlal Bansal, state vice-president Banto Kataria and media convener Vikas Paul.

Seth reiterated that the BJP was committed to help the common man who was in trouble.
