To ensure proper implementation of administrative reforms in the Punjab School Education Board, education minister Daljit Singh Cheema has asked the board authorities to ensure a time-bound and hassle-free delivery of services to students.

Cheema said students faced hardships when they came to the board for getting their work done, according to a release.

While listing out the problems of students, he said students faced difficulty in getting duplicate certificates, verification of certificates and in getting roll numbers and result.

He asked the board authorities to provide services to students under the single window system under one roof. He also directed the authorities to ensure the delivery of such services in a transparent manner to check corrupt practices.
