Himachal: SJVN celebrates 150th anniversary of ‘Vande Mataram’
A special programme was organised at the Raj Bhavan and was attended by Himachal governor Shiv Pratap Shukla
Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN) celebrated 150th anniversary of Vande Mataram by organizing mass singing of the national song at its corporate headquarter in Shimla on Friday. Director (personnel), SJVN, Ajay Kumar Sharma, along with other senior officials also participated in the event. Speaking on the occasion, Ajay Kumar Sharma said that Vande Mataram symbolises the rich cultural heritage of our nation.
ARTRAC marks 150 Years of ‘Vande Mataram’
To commemorate the 150th anniversary of the national song ‘Vande Mataram’, headquarters of the Army Training Command (ARTRAC) organised a grand mass recital at The Ridge, Shimla, on Friday.
Similarly, a special programme was organised at the Raj Bhavan. Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla was present. The event also witnessed special participation of the students from Buddha post graduate college, Kushinagar (Uttar Pradesh).
Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN) marked the 150th anniversary of the national song 'Vande Mataram' with a mass singing event at its Shimla headquarters, attended by Director Ajay Kumar Sharma and senior officials, who emphasized its cultural significance. Concurrently, the Army Training Command (ARTRAC) held a grand recital at The Ridge, featuring students from Uttar Pradesh's Buddha College.
