Excise policy case: Delhi court adjourns Sisodia’s bail plea hearing till April 5

Delhi court adjourns hearing on bail application filed by former Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia in money laundering case stemming from CBI probe into alleged irregularities in framing and implementation of liquor excise policy. Sisodia is currently in judicial custody and is to be produced before the court on April 5. Charges of kickbacks paid in the policy have been rejected by the AAP and Delhi government.
