EDGED, FOUR! The slip just moved out before this ball. It would have gone straight to hand had a man been there at slip. Sandeep Lamichhane kicks the turf in frustration. FOUR! Gulshan Jha's effort goes in vain. Low full toss, on middle, Shimron Hetmyer takes it on the full and drills it down the ground with a straight bat. Jha puts in a dive after running to his left from long on but his left hand gets stuck under his body. The ball clips his body and deflects behind into the fence.

Fuller and closer to the off pole. Shimron looks to force it away on the off side. Miscues it off the inner half in front of square. He gets off the mark with a single. At the end of the Powerplay, West Indies are 44/1, requiring 90 runs in 84 balls.

Nandan Yadav gets away with it! Shimron Hetmyer throws his head back at the disappointment of missing out. Short and wide on off, there to be put away. Hetmyer thumps it hard but straight to cover.

OUT! CAUGHT! Three boundaries in the previous over, and one thought that would set King on his way, but he holes out now. Nandan bends his back and slams the slower ball into the surface, over off. Brandon gets his hands high to play it over mid on with a horizontal bat. He fails to get the desired connection and spoons it over mid on. Kushal Bhurtel backpedals there and takes the catch around his neck. That gets the Nepalese fans up on their feet. West Indies are 43/1, needing 91 runs in 87 balls.

WIDE! A bit of cat and mouse! Seeing King dance down the track, Nandan bangs it short, but gets the line wayward outside the tramline, trying to keep it far from the hitting arc. King leaves and it is called a wide.

A bit more effort behind this ball from Yadav. Bashes the hard length, on off, Hope stands tall on his toes to lift it over mid off but he fails to get the elevation. Hits it flat and on the bounce to mid off, where a slight misfield by Rohit Paudel allows a single.

In and around the off pole, on a good length. Hope makes room and with a high elbow, he punches it on the up but can't beat the catching cover fielder.

FOUR! Timed to perfection! Pitched fuller, around middle and leg. Brandon King gets on the front foot and firms the drive to the left of mid on for a boundary. 14 runs from the over.

FOUR! GLORIOUS! On a back of a length at a gentle pace, outside off. King cashes on the width and steers it beautifully through the cover and point gap for four more runs.

Good effort! On a good length, outside off, King has a big swing across the line. Hacks it off the inner half of the bat through mid-wicket. The sub fielder, Sundeep Jora, goes after it from mid on and tumbles before pushing the ball away from the fence. Saves two runs for his side.

Shai Hope transfers the weight on the front foot, brings his bat straight down, finds the middle and nails the straight drive down the ground for a classy boundary.
