5:23 PM IST It was a perfect game for Gujarat who batted brilliantly and started exceptionally well with the ball. They removed the top order and took wickets at regular intervals to keep UP out of the game. Kashvee Gautam and Tanuja Kanwer took three each and were the pick of the bowlers for the visitors while Deandra Dottin and Ash Gardner also did a tidy job. Earlier in the day, Gujarat batted first and posted a massive score of 186/5 on the back of an unbeaten 96 from just 59 balls while Hardeen Deol and Deandra Dottin chipped in with handy knocks. Sophie Ecclestone with 2/34 was the pick of the bowlers for the UP side while Chinelle Henry also did a decent job. Gujarat will be delighted while UP will need to bounce back big to ahead from this stage.
