The court gave public prosecutor Rajiv Mohan two weeks to specify the role of various accused in hatching the conspiracy and posted the matter for further hearing on January 31.

ASJ Mann had earlier slated the matter for today to pass order on framing of charges against the 14 suspected Indian Mujahideen terrorists arrested so far in five cases registered in connection with serial blasts of September 13, 2008.

Among the 14 accused, five men were arrested by the Delhi Police following an encounter at Batla House in New Delhi on September 19, 2008.
