Twitter was abuzz with action on Friday as the Delhi government’s 15-day odd-even scheme came into effect in a bid to control pollution in the national capital.
As many as 200 teams of civil defence volunteers were being deployed at different traffic intersections in the city. Several of teams of the Delhi Police could also be seen on streets with equipment to fine violators of the rule across the city.
The rule will be in place from 8am to 8pm.
