"We could not carry luggage due to bad weather. All luggages are expected to reach here by tomorrow," Dinesh Gupta, the airline's Deputy Airport Manager, told annoyed passengers. "I had kept all my important documents in it. All my clothing were in it. I am really worried about my belongings," said a passenger, Kamal, while another passenger Shiv Kumar said "It is really not done. They have spoiled my whole programme."

A pilot, who was also travelling on the same flight, said "I have a connecting flight to Gwalior. They have ruined my plans. I do not know how will I manage now." The annoyed passengers took up the matter with GoAir authorities at the airport.

The officials asked the passengers to fill a "Property Irregularity Report" form and gave some monetary compensation to the aggrieved passengers.
