The petition has sought quashing of the August 4 notification which has already run into trouble after L-G Najeeb Jung has directed the Arvind Kejriwal government on Monday to maintain status quo till the issue is being examined legally.
The petition filed by one Gopal Gupta said the notification issued by Delhi government is “null and void” as it has been issued without any authority.
