Kejriwal wants to help Snowden

Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday demanded asylum for whistleblower Edward Snowden and criticised the government for what it termed “justifying the massive global surveillance programme” of US government. HT reports.

Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday demanded asylum for whistleblower Edward Snowden and criticised the government for what it termed “justifying the massive global surveillance programme” of US government.

AAP also attacked external affairs minister Salman Khurshid for what it termed “justifying” US government’s eavesdropping and surveillance programme, codenamed Prism.
