Three-time MLA from Chandni Chowk, Prahlad Singh Sawhney has been appointed the as fourth parliamentary secretary to the chief minister.
Three-time MLA from Chandni Chowk, Prahlad Singh Sawhney has been appointed the as fourth parliamentary secretary to the chief minister.
He was administered the oath of office at a special function at Delhi Secretariat on Wednesday.

Sawhney has also served as municipal councillor twice. He was also the chairman of PAC of Delhi Assembly.
