At a time when the UPA government is struggling to keep its allies together, Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah has given a vote of confidence to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. In a television interview, the CM said the National Conference won’t abandon the UPA government “just because it is going through a rough patch”.
