Kejriwal’s tweet on women’s day created a furore on social media with his supporters retweeting him while many others criticized him for himself following Somnath Bharti, an AAP MLA who has been accused of domestic violence by his estranged wife.
This isn’t the first time that the Delhi CM has targeted the PM on social media. Kejriwal is engaged in a bitter fight with the Center and has accused the PM of not letting Delhi government work in peace.
Kejriwal had taken to Twitter after the violence allegedly triggered by RSS student wing Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad in Delhi University February 22. Lady Shri Ram College student Gurmehar Kaur had reported receiving rape threats and abusive messages after she protested against ABVP on social media.
