Amritpal Singh Sachdeva, the owner of the east Delhi building that collapsed, killing 72 people, has been sent to judicial remand for two weeks by a local court.

The Crime Branch of Delhi Police, which is probing the Monday night incident in Lalita Park area of Laxmi Nagar, said they did not need to further interrogate accused Amritpal Singh (55).
