Gujarat Election: Mahesana Assembly Constituency 2022 Mahesana Assembly constituency is one of the 182 Gujarat Legislative Assembly constituencies. Voters of the Mahesana Assembly segment polled as per the Gujarat Election 2022 Schedule and the Gujarat Assembly Election 2022 results were declared on 8 December 2022.

In 2017, 34 candidates were contesting for Mahesana assembly constituency seat. Mahesana was one of 99 seats won by the Bharatiya Janata Party. It was a close contest with Bharatiya Janata Party's Patel Nitinbhai Ratilal winning the election upstaging Indian National Congress's Patel Jivabhai Ambalal by a margin of just 7,137 votes.

The top two candidates split 94.6% of votes between them. Bharatiya Janata Party's Patel Nitinbhai Ratilal got a total of 90,235 votes, while Indian National Congress's Patel Jivabhai Ambalal secured 83,098 votes. Independent candidate Thakor Amitkumar Vajesang secured 1,945 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties got 49.2%, 45.4% and 1.1% respectively.
