Gujarat Election: Rajkot Rural Assembly Constituency 2022 Rajkot Rural Assembly constituency is one of the 182 Gujarat Legislative Assembly constituencies. Voters of the Rajkot Rural Assembly segment polled as per the Gujarat Election 2022 Schedule and the Gujarat Assembly Election 2022 results were declared on 8 December 2022.

In the 2017 Gujarat Legislative Assembly Election, there were 14 candidates in the fray from Rajkot Rural constituency. Rajkot Rural was one of 99 seats won by the Bharatiya Janata Party. It was a close contest with Bharatiya Janata Party's Lakhabhai Sagathiya winning the election upstaging Indian National Congress's Vashrambhai Alabhai Sagathiya by a margin of just 2,179 votes.

95.5% of the total votes were casted to top two candidates. Bharatiya Janata Party's Lakhabhai Sagathiya got a total of 92,114 votes, while Indian National Congress's Vashrambhai Alabhai Sagathiya got 89,935 votes. Bahujan Samaj Party's candidate Kiranbhai Dhanjibhai Makwana grabbed 3,323 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties secured 48.3%, 47.2% and 1.7% respectively.
