‘DLF management, civic body failed to live up to expectations’

I am really disappointed with the way Gurgaon administration and the DLF management have been passing the buck over the issues we raise, instead of finding solutions amicably.
This upsets me and many other residents in my locality, including those who opted to live in the Millennium City after retirement. I have been living in DLF since last ten years and every year and every passing day we and our locality face new problem with no solution at all.
For instance, an open drain, which is a big hazard, continues to become a nuisance despite several complaints lodged before various departments, including Huda, MCG, DTP and the DLF management. But, instead of reducing the nuisance, they have been apparently passing the buck on each other.
Similarly, issues such as mushrooming slums, increasing menace of illegal parking, and electricity theft affect us on daily basis and each concerned department are well aware of its duty.
Take another example of illegal parking at Galleria Market. The police passed the buck in such an unfair manner and that hurt us. Illegal acts or offences indeed come in police domain and the police should know and crack mafia.
The city police in this particular case openly passed buck to DTP, DLF etc.
How can a common man like us feel safe and secure in deteriorating state of administration and attitude of officials, I am worried and wish the deputy commissioner take minor and major issue with equally weight and order alleged department and official to act all within the administrative purview.
