A 16-year-old girl was allegedly abducted and raped by her neighbour in Gola area, police said on Friday.

A 16-year-old girl was allegedly abducted and raped by her neighbour in Gola area, police said on Friday.
The incident occurred on Wednesday when the girl had gone for a morning walk following which she was forcibly taken in a car to a secluded place and raped, they said.
The girl’s parents found her near a canal road, a few kilometres away from her farm house.
An FIR against a youth and two others has been lodged in this connection at Gola police station by the family members of the victim.
No arrests have been made so far.
