A tigress has been found dead in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve in Rajasthan’s Sawai Madhopur district, officials said.

A tigress has been found dead at Ranthambore reserve in Rajasthan’s Sawai Madhopur district, officials said.
“The body of T-11, who is around 11-years-old, was located by one of the forest guard today (Saturday morning) in Talda forest area of the reserve,” a forest department official told IANS.Sawai Madhopur is over 170 km from Jaipur.
The carcass was sent for post-mortem, said the official, adding that there are no injury marks and also primary evidence does not suggest poisoning.
There are over 58 tigers including cubs in Ranthambore as of now.
