The 25-year-old youth, admitted on August 17, died at a city hospital on Tuesday after testing positive for H1N1 virus, taking the total swine flu casualties this month to four in Pune.
Seven more persons also tested positive for swine flu on Tuesday and were undergoing treatment in various hospitals, officials said.
