Congress faces jolt in Karnal as councillors elected unopposed

Congress party faced a jolt in Karnal as councillors from the opposition parties were elected unopposed as deputy mayors of municipal corporation. Krishan Garg of the Bhartiya Janta Party was elected as senior deputy mayor while Manoj Wadhwa of the Indian Naitonal Lok Dal was elected as deputy mayor.
