Mohammad Nazmul Hossain

Date of Birth: 5 October 1987, Hobigonj
 Test Debut: Yet to play
 ODI Debut: Yet to play
 Bats: Right Hand Bat
 Bowls: Right Arm Medium Fast

At the tender age of 17, Nazmul Hossain suddenly found himself thrust into the national team when Abdul Razzaq's bowling action was questioned.

A big fan of Mohammad Sami and Tapash Baisya, Nazmul hails from Hobiganj and it was his father who inspired him all the time and got him admitted to the BKSP.

The rookie pacer knew his performance would land him to the senior level sooner rather than later.

Nazmul worked hard for a long time to consistently improve his bowling. With successful campaigns at the under-19 World Cup, CCL league and the recent England tour with the under-19 team, the reward was inevitable.

Now that he got the call, he wants to seal a lasting place in the squad.

He bowls at a medium fast pace with accurate line and length. He can also swing the ball considerably, which always keeps the batsmen on his toes.

Nazmul is also a handy bat down the order.
