Shammi Kapoor still in hospital
The condition of veteran Bollywood actor Shammi Kapoor, who is undergoing treatment for bronchitis at a hospital in Mumbai, worsened on Monday because of renal complications.
Kapoor was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital this month after he developed, bronchitis. Subsequently he developed serious lung congestion and was shifted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Doctors said that the actor was under observation for urine output. Initially, doctors said that Kapoor's health was improving. 60s star Shammi Kapoor was popular for his energetic dancing and clowning in that decade.
Shammi Kapoor delivered a number of musical hits like Junglee, Brahmachari, Teesri Manzil and Kashmir Ki Kali.
