“I was really impressed by the way Trump talks, makes his speeches, and behaves. He is a really interesting guy. So one day a friend of mine just told me why don’t you make a song on Donald Trump since everyone seems to be talking about him,” he says. “Honestly I never expected it to become this popular. I never did it to gain popularity either. It’s just that he is so popular and that I thought of doing the song about him,” he continues.

Over the last one year, Sehgal has been releasing his music singles through digital platforms ,and is proud of the fact that he doesn’t need a label to back his music.

“ All of the work on a single - right from writing the lyrics to mixing to making the video of it is done by me. I want young musicians to get inspired by this and make music on their own without worrying which label they should work with in future. Digital platforms are the best way for any artist to promote themselves and if their music is good, then people will automatically like it. That’s the beauty of digital platforms,” he says.
