The girl’s father lodged an FIR in the case on Saturday and named the two accused, who are 15 and 16 years old. The girl was taken for medical examination on Monday, but her parents refused to get her examined, police said.

The police said they have called the two accused for questioning and their medical examination will be conducted.

In his complaint, the girl’s father stated that the two boys allegedly gangraped and molested his daughter on two separate days inside the air base. He later approached the police on Saturday and lodged a case at the Sahibabad police station.

The FIR was filed under sections 376D (gang rape), 354 (molestation) of the Indian Penal Code. The boys have also been booked under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

“The girl was raped in the servant quarters inside the air base on January 10,” Noida city superintendent of police Akash Tomar said, adding that according to the complaint, the two boys allegedly molested his daughter inside the generator room of one of the residences at the air base on Saturday.

“We have called the two boys for questioning and their medical exam will also be done. The girl’s family on Monday refused an internal examination to ascertain rape. The test couldn’t be done earlier as doctors were unavailable,” Tomar said.

However, chief medical officer AK Gupta said that the non availability of the doctors was not an issue.

“The girl and her parents had come on Sunday but told the chief medical superintendent that they do not want her to be examined. They arrived yet again on Monday and refused to get her examined again. This time they have given it in written that they don’t want to get the medical examination of their daughter done,” Gupta said.

This is the second such incident of alleged assault against minor girls.

In an earlier incident at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Hindon Air Base, under the Sahibabad police station area, a class 2 girl was allegedly assaulted by minor boys of the same school. Her parents had lodged an FIR saying they tried to insert some object in her private parts. Later, they refused to pursue the case further.
