Mahita, India's lone medal hope in the women's competition, clocked two hours 47 minutes 51.71 seconds while Pana had a timing of 2:48:41.75 secs to finish last in the 100km race.
Mei Yu Hsiao of Chinese Taipei won the gold with a timing of 2:47:46.12 secs and the silver went to Indonesia's Santia Tri Kususma with a timing of 2:47:46.52 secs. Na Zhao of China recorded 2:47:46.63 secs to secure the bronze.
Indian men had finished poorly in their individual race Monday.
