GADVASU administers oath to 48 veterinarians

Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU), Ludhiana, organised an oath taking ceremony for 48 passing out veterinary graduates of 2008 batch, including 17 girls.

GADVASU vice-chancellor Dr VK Taneja was the chief guest on the occasion. Taneja wished them success for their future endeavors. He highlighted the available placement opportunities for the veterinarians, like government jobs, private practice, pharmaceuticals, banks, defense services and research organisations.

University registrar PD Juyal congratulated the students and their parents for successfully completing the 5-year degree programme.

Class representative of the batch Arunbeer Singh shared his past experiences and views on behalf of the students.

Director students' welfare-cum-estate officer Dr SPS Sangha and heads of various departments and other faculty members also attended the function.
