A local court sent four bouncers deputed for security at the marriage of cricketer Harbhjan Singh to jail here on Friday after they were arrested for snatching cameras from mediapersons and threatening them outside the cricketer’s house at Chhoti Baradari on Thursday night.

Babbal, Gurpreet, Navjot and Kuldeep were booked under various sections of the IPC and sent to judical custody for 14 days.
Several mediapersons had complained that they were covering the event when the four bouncers snatched their cameras. A bouncer even hit a journalist on the face with a plastic bottle, they had alleged. Subsequently, the mediapersons protested outside Harbhajan’s house. Later, Harbhajan apologised for the incident.
