Congress leader Naveen Kedia on Wednesday cut a five-kg “Tricolour” birthday cake at a function held at the Congress Bhavan here. The function was also attended by other party members.
Talking to HT, Kedia said: The cake depicted the Congress flag. Even the colours on the cake were different from the national flag. There was no Ashoka Chakra on the cake.” If found guilty, he can be booked under Section 2 of the Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act.
